Important Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment account used for the deposit
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is complete
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds
• In cases of suspicious transactions, AppBet may place a hold on payments until the investigation is complete
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (separate limits apply for VIP members)

AppBet offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, which must be read before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you agree that its specific terms apply alongside these general terms.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time depositors only and can be claimed once per account
• A minimum 30x wagering of the bonus amount must be completed before any bonus withdrawal
• While a bonus is active, bets must meet the minimum odds or stake requirements for the relevant game
• Using multiple accounts or false information to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited
• AppBet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Winnings from free bets are not counted as cash until the wagering requirement has been completed

All bets placed on AppBet are considered final. Once submitted, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless a verified technical error has occurred. In Live Betting, odds may change rapidly.

Betting Limits

Reasons for Bet Cancellation

• If the outcome is determined before the event begins
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error
• Match cancelled or rescheduled (outside the specified timeframe)
• Where there is an obvious error in odds or information

Any activity that violates AppBet's Terms & Conditions is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated deposits and winnings will be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity
• Opening an account using another person's identity or information
• Bonus system abuse or arbitrage betting
• Using software bots or automated betting tools
• Attempting to hack or manipulate AppBet's systems
• Using AppBet for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage
• Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other members

AppBet reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close any account at any time, with or without reason. However, if an account is closed without any rule violation, all deposited funds will be returned.

Account closure at the member's own request

If you'd like to close your account, contact our support team. Self-exclusion requests will take effect within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
